There is no separate room rental charge. |
| Bar Packages: |
- For Friday and Saturday night parties, guests are required to purchase an hourly, per person bar package. All other nights, bar packages are not required.
- For nights other than Friday and Saturday, guests can choose among a variety of hourly packages or packages based upon consumption.

| Wait Staff: |
Private parties are always provided with one dedicated server. Additional wait staff and the provision of bartenders depend on the size of the party. |
| Decorations: |
Parties are permitted to decorate the room, including floral arrangements, provided they do not use any tape on the walls. |
| Music: |
Satellite music stations can be piped into the Heritage Room. Guests are permitted to choose the type of music they would prefer. |
| A/V Equipment: |
There is no additional charge for A/V equipment. The Heritage room has a large pull-down screen, and an LCD projector can be provided. Other equipment is available, and should be discussed with the catering manager. |
| Coat Check: |
Gilhooley’s does not provide coat check services. |
| Pool: |
There is a pool table adjacent to the Heritage Room, which is available for the private party’s use. |
| Smoking: |
Gilhooley's is entirely non-smoking. Smoking is permitted in the patio area. |
